Huawei recently launched Huawei Ascend P6 and are planning to launch the successor of the same by the name of Huawei Ascend P6S in January 2014.
Currently Huawei Ascend P6 is running on android 4.2.2 and it will upgrade it to 4.4 skipping 4.3.
Huawei Ascend P6S is to have an Octa – Core processor while Huawei Ascend P6 is powered by quad-core processor. This means that all cores will be able to operate simultaneously, unlike the current Samsung Exynos chipsets on the P6 which only allow up to four cores to work at a time.
Huawei Ascend P6S is likely to have 4.7-inch HD LCD screen with 720×1280 pixels resolution. It has 4GB RAM with 8GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card. Camera specifications would include an 8-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and can shoot videos with 1080p, 5-megapixel front camera. Huawei would give some new UI known on platform Android 4.4 Kitkat with dual SIM and dual standby.
