Realme expanded its portfolio with the new Realme 2 smartphone. Its the successor of the Realme 1 which launched back in May 2018. The new Realme 2 comes with similar Diamond Finish at back we’ve seen on the Realme 1. Surprisingly it features both Face Unlock and Fingerprint Sensor on this smartphone.
It is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset clocked at 1.8GHz along with Adreno 506 GPU. Realme 2 comes in two RAM/Storage variant, one of 3GB RAM and 32GB storage while the other one with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The storage can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
Realme 2 features a 6.2-inch HD+ display with 1520×720 pixel resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and up to 88.6% screen to body ratio. The smartphone sports a dual camera setup at rear with a 13MP CMOS primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP secondary sensor with a f/2.4 aperture with LED Flash. On the front, it is equipped with an 8MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture. It’s a dual SIM smartphone with 4G VoLTE support on both and other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and MicroUSB.
Realme 2 comes in Diamond Black, Diamond Red, and Diamon Blue color. The 3GB/32Gb variant is priced at Rs. 8,990 while the higher 4GB/64GB option is priced at Rs. 10,990. The Black and Red color variants will go on sale on Flipkart from Noon 12 on 4th September. While the Blue color will be available in early October.
