Samsung launched new Gear VR headset, Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds, Gear Fit2 along with Samsung Galaxy Note7. The new Gear VR headset comes the Field of View (viewing angle) has been increased from 96 degrees to 101 degrees. The new Samsung Gear VR comes in Blue Black colour for Rs. 7290 and also get the bundle offer with Galaxy Note7 for Rs. 1,990 only for pre-booking.
The Gear IconX is a first fitness tracking headset in India. It can track heart rate, distance, speed, duration and calories burned and provide data through the voice guide, even without a smartphone. It also lets you to transfer music between the Gear IconX and with the Samsung Gear app on smartphone. It has 4GB of internal storage, which is approximately 1000 songs can be stored. As far battery juice is concern – the earbuds has 47mAh and charging case has 315mAh. The Samsung Gear IconX is priced for Rs. 13,490.
Gear Fit2 is the second edition of Gear Fit launched earlier. It has 1.5-inch curved Super AMOLED display, runs on Tizen OS and tracks 15 different fitness activities such as walking, squatting, yoga, treadmill and many more. It has own music player that lets you transfer music between the Gear Fit2 and Samsung Gear app. It has GPS and a heart rate monitor (HRM) and measures distance, pace, route and calories burned and heart rate. It has IP68 ratings for water and dust resistant. The Samsung Gear Fit2 will be coming in two sizes small and large with the price tag of Rs. 13,990.
