Nikon updated its portfolio with the new entry-level DSLR Nikon D3500 which replaced the last version Nikon D3400. Nikon brings the new D3500 DSLR after 2 years to the launch of the previous D3400.
The new Nikon D3500 is mostly similar to the previous one. It features a different design that is both smaller and lighter than the D3400. Nikon also improved the battery performances and the new Nikon D3500 is capable of capturing 1550 shots with single full charge.
The major specification remains the same for Nikon D3500. It sports a 24.2-megapixel DX-format sensor with 11-point AF system and an ISO range of 100-25,600, similar to the D3400. The DSLR is also capable of recording 1080p video at 60fps. It also has the Bluetooth transfer and capturing feature linked with the Nikon SnapBridge app.
Nikon also reduced the price range of the new product so it can be more affordable to the users. The new Nikon D3500 with a single AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR kit lens comes at a price tag of USD 499 ( Rs. 35,400 approx). While the dual kit lens including AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR and AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED is priced at USD 849 (Rs. 60,200 approx). The Indian pricing is yet known and will be released at the launch event in India.
