Samsung has brought the most powerful A series across Indian shores. The device represents the most capable A series of devices from the Korean giant.
It comes with a massive 6.7-inch FHD+ display which the company calls as their New Infinity Super AMOLED display owing to its 20:9 aspect ratio. It’s powered by the latest Octa-Core Snapdragon 730G SoC with 8GB of RAM and runs a custom One UI skin on top of Android Pie. The rotating camera module is the undoubtedly the best feature of the smartphone with its lens setup of 48MP primary sensor, 8MP secondary (123°) ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 3D Depth camera for Live Focus which scans objects for measurement and depth.
Upon selecting the selfie mode, the camera module slides up while simultaneously flipping the camera unit to enable clicking stellar selfies. Other significant features include a 3D Glass body design that comes with a metal frame and an in-display fingerprint scanner underneath. Internals also include a decent 3700mAh battery pack with in-built support for 25W Super-Fast charging.
It comes in two innovative colour schemes called the Angel Gold, Phantom Black and Ghost White. The device will be up for pre-order from July 22 to July 31 and will begin selling from August 1stacross all retail and e-commerce stores. Its priced at ₹47,990 which seems a bit steep at the time.
