Apple Releases its New Updates: iOS 13.4, Watch OS 6.2 & macOS 10.15.4

Following its month-long ritual of beta testing the new releases, Apple officially released their latest iOS 13.4, iPad OS, MacOS 10.15.4 and Watch OS 6.2 today. While all these updates are a nominal one, we couldn’t help but wonder what’s in store for these exciting updates. So, let’s round them up!

iOS 13.4

Arguably the most important changes in the new iOS 13.4 are its support for trackpad and pointer for the recently announced iPad. Changes also include nine new Memoji stickers and a nominal change to the user interface of the Mail App which makes it harder to accidentally delete emails while user intends to reply. Users could also share their iCloud drive folders and enjoy the fair bit of changes to the Apple Arcade portal.

This new OS also allows AR Quick Look to support audio playback in USDZ files and a predictive typing support for the Arabic Language which the middle east demographic will come to appreciate.

Watch OS 6.2

While this new update largely concentrates on fixing the noticeable bugs present in the earlier version, the OS now allows in-app purchases for Apple watch apps. The company also fixed the issue where music playback paused while switching from Wi-Fi to Bluetooth. Moreover, the ECG app on which issues alert for irregular heartbeat rhythm via the Apple Watch Series 4 can be accessed from countries like Chile, New Zealand and Turkey.

macOS 10.15.4

Users who download this new update would be treated to a new iCloud Drive that lets you share your folders with other people. Users will also be able to import their Google Chrome passwords into iCloud Keychain without any hassle. Besides the limits you can put on Screen Time, this new update majorly revolves around the security, reliability and stability of your MacBook.
