Dual booting tablet sounds awesome!
Worldwide leader in laptop, Mobile computing and motherboard manufacturing company, Asus has announced its latest laptop at CES 2014 by the name of Asus Transformer Book Duet TD300.
Asus Transformer Book Duet TD300 features interchangeability within dual OS. It is the first laptop and tablet convertible which allows users to change operating systems at their convenience.
The new Transformer Book Duet TD300 tablet-laptop hybrid offers the choice of booting Windows 8.1 or Android. Asus has added an instant switch button to the device to change the operating system. It comes with a detachable keyboard dock.
The TD300 is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor. The audio on the TD300 is aided by the SonicMaster technology with built-in dual speakers on either sides of the tablet.
It sports a 13-inch display comes with 1366×768 pixel resolution and features 128GB iSSD and 1TB HDD of built-in storage and has 4GB of RAM.
Other features of the device include 128GB SSD, microSD card slot, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, a LAN port, and HDMI 1.4 output.
The Transformer Book Duet will be available from March, starting at $599.
