Repix – revolutionary or just another photo editing tool?
Another Finnish benchmark…now for photo editing. Sumoing, the maker of repix, claims to have repix featured in over 100 countries. It has stunning collection of brushes by which you can apply and amplify any type of effect. It can alter the basic photos into extraordinary mind boggling masterpieces. This app isn’t just about getting the colours right, it converts boring regular pics into amazing snazzy art. The interface is an absolute charm, being delightfully simple and gives access to photo library, camera and some beautiful stock images available for editing.
Instagram being the most successful in photo editing in smartphone category but Repix is one of the latest hits in parade of pic editing apps. Instagram app lets users to apply filter to the whole pic whereas Repix gives users a more Photoshop like experience, in which you can paint the effects. The Adobe Photoshop touch app have brushes for colours but not for effects. Repix features application of effects on the areas of the photo you want.
The app is free in Apple app store and the brushes can be bought at an easy price of $4.99 to $0.99. A good number of tools are free but the cooler ones are going to cost some money. For $1.99 users can get colour, grunges, artistic and light set; for $4.99 users can get the whole lot. Repix also offers users to test the brushes fully before purchasing to be absolutely certain about the purchase.
The makers also launched the app for android platform on September 2nd and already it has created a hype in the android users.
The app supports sharing in the common social networking websites like facebook, tumbler, twitter and Instagram (Not Flickr!!!). Also the maximum resolution for sharing is 11.2 MPix. The makers are working for the up gradation to share even better quality pics.
