Hardware looks promising!
Alcatel One Touch by TCL Communication announced its latest Hero 8 tablet in IFA 2014. The tablet comes with 8-inch Full HD display with 1920×1200 pixels. It is loaded with Octa core processor which has LTE support too. It comes with Android 4.4 KitKat running out of the box with 2GB RAM. It comes with three storage variants 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
The Hero 8 sports a 5MP rear shooter with LED Flash and a 2MP front shooter. Connectivity options include 4G LTE/ 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC (Optional). It has 4060mAh battery capacity with SIM card slot. It supports MagicFlip LED and Sidekick 2 companion device. The Alcatel One Touch Hero 8 will go on sale from September 2014 in selected regions. No word on pricing yet.
