Kingston announces the UV300 SSD in India

New SSD range by Kingston!

Kingston UV300 SSDKingston launched the ultra-value UV300 solid-state drive (SSD) in India. It is Kingston’s first SSD to use TLC (triple-level cell) NAND to provide speed and performance at the best possible price. The new UV300 SSD is now available in 120GB, 240GB and 480GB capacities at MRPs of Rs. 3700, Rs. 6,500 and Rs. 12,700 respectively.

UV300 SSD is powered by the Phison S10 quad-core controller for optimized performance and endurance. It has incredible read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds up to 510MB/s. This means faster startup/shutdown times and overall system responsiveness so users can wait less to do the things they want to do on a PC.

Nathan Su, Flash Memory Sales Director, APAC Region, Kingston, said

“We are proud to offer a value-oriented, high-performance SSD to the Indian market. Switching to an SSD is one of the best things a PC owner can do to make their system run faster. UV300 provides that performance boost at a great price and is the perfect entry-level drive for anyone considering an upgrade to SSD technology.”

Kingston UV300 SSD is available in all leading retail outlets and will soon be available on ecommerce sites. This new SSD is backed by a three-year limited warranty, free technical support and legendary Kingston reliability.
