Apple introduces the new MacBook Pro 2018 Edition at starting price of Rs 1,49,990

Apple unveiled its new 2018 edition of MacBook Pro. The new Apple MacBook Pro 2018 Edition comes with the same TouchBar with up to six-core Intel Core eighth-generation processors. Apple launched the new MacBook’s in two display variant, a smaller one of 13-inch and a bigger screen of 15-inch. They also termed its new MacBook Pro 2018 as the  “most advanced Mac notebook ever”.

Apple MacBook Pro 2018 Edition features up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM which is enough to allow faster code compilation. The MacBook Pro 15-inch is powered by a 6-core Intel Core i7 or Core i9 processor clocked at up to 2.9GHz with Turbo Boost up to 4.8GHz. It is supported by an AMD Radeon Pro graphics card with 4GB of memory and up to 4TB of SSD storage. Also, the Apple T2 Chip powers the internals of the laptop.

While for the 13-inch MacBook Pro 2018, it is powered by quad-core Intel Core i5 or Core i7 processors paired with up to 32GB of RAM. The processor is clocked at 2.7GHz with Turbo Boost up to 4.5GHz. It also has Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics with 655MB of eDRAM. Users will get up to 2TB of SSD storage and the Apple T2 chip inside.

Both the Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch and 15-inch laptops still run macOS High Sierra, however, the new macOS Mojave, which was announced at the WWDC 2018 will roll out soon. Apart from all, Apple also introduced new leather sleeves for the MacBook Pro 2018 models. The Apple leather sleeves for both the laptops come in in Saddle Brown, Midnight Blue, and Black color options.

Apple MacBook Pro 2018 India price starts from  Rs 1,49,990 for the 13-inch model while the 15-inch model price starts at Rs 1,99,990. Both the laptop will feature the Touch Bar and Touch ID. The new MacBook’s are available in India across online and offline channels, including the authorized resellers in select locations in India.
