ASUS launched the ROG Phone 3 in India. It is the first smartphone in India which has 144Hz refresh rate on 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with HDR 10+ support and 270Hz touch sampling rate. It also packs with Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC coupled up to 12GB of RAM.
The ROG 3 has an in-display fingerprint sensor and also new Copper 3D vapour chamber, larger graphite film that dissipates the heat even faster with the assistance of a heat sink. It sports 64MP primary rear shooter with 13MP 125° ultra-wide camera and a 5MP macro camera. Also 24MP front camera with f/2.0. It comes with new AirTrigger 3 Technology which supports sliding, swiping and the possibility to divide each button into two partitions for tapping, which gives 5 additional actions.
The 3.5mm audio jack is missing but ASUS has given two Type C port and inbox USB Type C to 3.5mm converter. It has 7-magnet stereo front-firing speakers and quad noise-cancelling microphones. It also packs with a huge 6000mAh battery with 30W HyperCharge fast charging adapter, which can charge up to 4510mAh in 46 minutes. The phone also has an RGB logo at the back. It also has an Aero case in the box.
The ASUS ROG Phone 3 starts for Rs. 49,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant and the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant priced for Rs. 57,999 and will be exclusive on Flipkart starting from August 6th.
