Asus VivoTab Note 8 tablet with Windows 8 and Wacom Stylus launched at CES 2014

Windows 8 tablet population is increasing!

Asus VivoTab Note 8Asus announced its new Windows 8 tablet, Asus VivoTab Note 8 at CES 2014. The tablet comes with Wacom Digitizer Stylus, which provides best speed, accuracy and responsiveness. VivoTab Note 8 comes with 1.33GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3740 latest processor running on 8-inch IPS display with 1280×800 pixel resolution.

VivoTab comes with Windows 8.1 out of the box powered by 15.5 Whr battery. The tablet also has 5-megapixel rear camera and a HD camera in front. As far storage is concern Asus is giving optional 32GB or 64GB solid state storage which is expandable up to 64GB with microSd and in addition to that Asus is also giving one year free unlimited storage in WebStorage for buyers. It runs on 2GB LPDDR3 RAM.

VivoTab Note 8 connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Miracast and micro-USB. Tablet come with some pre-loaded apps like Microsoft Office and Student Software which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Note. SonicMaster audio technology for hardware and software provides rich sound through the rear facing stereo speakers with large resonance chambers. Asus VivoTab Note 8 will be available in late Q1 2014 or early Q2 2014 for starting price of 32GB model will be $299 and 64GB model for $349.
