Barnes and Nobles with Samsung launches Galaxy Tab 4 Nook for reading. The 7-inch tablet will go on sale for $179 which is the same price for Galaxy Tab 4. The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook has 1.3MP front camera and 3MP rear camera. It runs on 1GB RAM with 16GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 32GB. It comes with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. It has 4600mAH battery and connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook offers to access both Nook app store and Google Play store for downloading apps. Nook shop offers ebooks, magazines, movies, TV shows and Books. Barnes and Nook will also offer $200 free to purchase ebooks from store.
The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook is taken to its competitor Amazon which also has tablets Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD etc. The tablet will be available in Black and White colours in all Barnes and Noble book stores for $179.
