A smartphone by BSNL and Pantel Technologies!
BSNL along with Pantel Technologies have come up with android devices Penta Smart PS501 and Penta Smart PS650. They have also collaborated to make a tablet Penta T-Pad WS707C and a basic model called PentaBharat pf300.
BSNL Penta Smart PS501 has a 5-inch IPS display with 480×854 pixels resolution. The phone runs on Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and has 1.2GHz dual-core cortex A7. Phone has 512MB RAM and 4GB internal memory which is expandable upto 32GB. It has 5MP rear camera and VGA camera in front. This dual-SIM phone has 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
The phone costs Rs. 6,999 and will be available in selected outlets and BSNL store.
