Google Launched the new Chromecast 3 in India for INR 3,499

At the Pixel event, Google has introduced the all-new generation Chromecast devices. Today we are having some good news for all Google fans out there. The brand has silently launched the fresh Google Chromecast 3 in the Indian market finally. According to Google, this is a serious upgrade over its old sibling. In our today’s story, we will be sharing the latest features, specifications and pricing details of the new Chromecast 3 device.

Firstly, the Chromecast 3 has a traditional circular design which we’ve already witnessed on their old devices. It will allow a user to cast content from mobile apps, PC’s, Chromebooks, Laptops, Apple devices through Chrome browser on your TV at 1080p resolution at up to 60fps. The device comes with built-in HDMI cable, Wi-Fi 802.11ac(2.4Ghz/5Ghz), and the Wi-Fi reception has also been refined compared to the old Chromecast device.

We are surprised to know that Google hasn’t highlighted the Bluetooth connectivity feature but it was earlier confirmed in an FCC filing. Google will be providing an update later this year which will further allow users to play music in sync with other devices paired with Google smart devices. The new Chromecast 3 comes in only one color variant which is the Charcoal Grey. The device will exclusively be made available in the Indian market through Flipkart. The device is priced at INR 3,499 and will be shipped with a 1 year Sony LIV premium subscription and a 6-month Gaana plus subscription. It will support casting YouTube, Google Play Movies, Hotstar, voot, Jio Cinema, Netflix, HOOQ, Eros Now, saavn, Airtel Wynk, and Google Photos.
