Guessing the price of Honor’s Swag Phone, the 6X

Honor 6X seems to be bringing the dual cameras in budget range!

If you’re a gadget enthusiast or a smartphone geek, then over the past couple of days you’d have heard about Swag Phone. Yes, a mobile that truly defines the word swag by offering the coolest features. If you are wondering what this Swag Phone actually is, then you’re at the right place. It’s the latest smartphone from the stable of Chinese brand Honor. Dubbed as the Honor 6X, the device offers some really interesting specs such as a dual-camera setup at the back. It’s expected to be launched in India tomorrow, but since we’re so excited about the device, we couldn’t resist in trying to guess its price.

But before we do that, let’s take a look at the spec sheet of the Honor 6X. The smartphone is built around a 5.5-inch display with a full HD resolution. Under the hood, it gets Kirin 655 octa-core processor which is coupled with 3GB of RAM. For storage, it has 32GB of expandable memory. In terms of cameras – which is its highlight – the 6X boasts of a 12MP snapper which is accompanied by a 2MP sensor. This arrangement helps the Honor 6X to achieve some impressive bokeh effects, which are usually available on DSLRs only. For selfies, the device has an 8MP shooter. All this is backed by a 3,340mAh battery.

With such an impressive configuration, there’s no doubt that the Honor 6X is a loaded offering. Especially with its features like a metallic body, dual cameras, it can even give flagships a run for its money. The company also asked user’s to guess its price and everybody came up with different responses – from Rs 18,000 to all the way up to Rs 20,000. But if you ask us, then we believe Honor will continue to offer a fine balance between features and price. This means that the 6X would be priced attractively. So, we are expecting it to be priced around Rs 15,000.

Well, what do you think? Do you think the phone would be priced even cheaper or higher? Let us know in the comments below.
