Honor 9 Lite Design – An astonishing look and premium feel

Honor brings flagship touch to 9 Lite!

Honor brings competitive smartphone Honor 9 Lite in the Indian market with an attractive starting price of 11,999 INR. A lot of smartphones nowadays has an almost very similar specification but what makes them different is the design. The Honor 9 Lite offers great specifications but the astonishing designs took it far ahead of others. Let’s look more about what is the difference in it compared to other and how it is better.

Honor 9 Lite comes with a slim metal uni-body, similar to the previous Honor 8 smartphone but it was priced at 30,000 INR. Apart from it both the sides, rear and front has 2.5D curved glass protection. The Sapphire Blue colour is very attractive among other colours which are Glacier Grey and Midnight Black. All the minor details like the Honor sub-branding under the glass, the smooth fingerprint sensor and the smooth curves at the edges gives it a very premium looks at budget price.

The rear panel has Honor logo at the bottom while the Dual Camera setup is at the top along with the Flash. The rear panel comes with mirror effect which is the highlight of the design. On the front, the Dual Camera is at the top along with the other sensors and again Honor logo at the bottom of the Full View Display. There is no physical navigation button as it covers additional spaces, it’s better to opt for the On-Screen buttons. All the ports are at the bottom like 3.5mm Audio Jack and MicroUSB charging port. The bottom edge also contains the speaker grills. The Volume rocker keys and the Power button is on the right side while the Hybrid SIM card slot is placed on the left side of the edge.

Talking about the weight and size of the device, despite the 3000mAh of battery it is light in weight which is 149gms and easy to carry in the pocket. Also, the 5.5-inch display makes it a bit comfortable for some device to be used with single hands but due to small bezels and Full View Display, it is easy to access and handy uses. There are few drawbacks too like the smudges it gets due to glass cover on its rear panel and its slipperiness. But surely the positive overcomes the drawbacks.
