HP Chromebook 14 – A Google Based Computer

Chromebook is everywhere 😉

HP Chomebook_14_3Chromebook is a new type of computer which is Google based and run on Chrome Operating System.

After the launch of HP Chromebook 11, HP is launching their latest Chromebook which is named as HP Chromebook 14 along with Acer’s C720 Chromebook mid-October 2013.

HP Chromebook 11 is 1.9 KG in weight, has only 16GB of internal memory which runs the softwares on Chrome Browser which were running locally on Windows or Mac OS. Unlike traditional laptop chargers, it uses Micro USB chargers just like all other Android devices. It has 6hrs of battery backup.

Even though it has less internal memory space, Google offers a 100GB storage of Google Drive which is free for 2 years.

The device features Intel Celeron 2955U processor, 4GB of RAM and has 14-inch 1366x768p WLED BrightView display. It has two microUSB ports (one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0), a headphone-microphone jack, wifi, Bluetooth 4.0 and webcam.

It will available in the Indian market by October 17th 2013 at a price around INR 26,990.You can also pre-order the same from flipkart.HP Chomebook_14_1
