Rumour has it that HTC Zara is going to be launched as HTC Desire 601. While various leaks are making rounds of the web space, some birdie has told us that HTC is planning to launch some or many mid-range devices by the end of the Q4. Amongst the list of these devices are One Max and Zara.

@evleaks leaked specifications and price shots of Zara have now leaked some new information. They go on saying that HTC Zara infact will be launched as HTC Desire 601.

How will HTC Desire 601 be different from HTC Desire 600?

It is expected that Desire 601 will have Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8930 chipset with two 1.2GHz Krait cores, 1 GB RAM, a 4.5 inch qHD display, 8GB internal storage, expandable via microSD card, a 2,100 mAh battery and an 8 MP camera. It will have android 4.3 with a new UI overlay HTC Sense 5.5.

Leaked images of HTC Zara Mini have already surfaced. This makes a total of three new mid-range phones from HTC by the end of this month.
