Idea launches Smartwifi HubIDEA telecom, India’s one of the largest operators in the industry has launched a new 3G wifi dongle- smartwifi Hub. With high speed 3G data connectivity, the dongle can connect upto 10 devices at a time. When I say high speed, I mean it provides you a download speed of 21.6 mbps with a upload speed of 11 mbps. Smartwifi hub does not need any laptop or computer or a device for power supply.

Since it has a built in battery of 1500mAh, you can enjoy the uninterrupted connectivity for hours. Now is the question, “if it can be taken along anywhere or not”. Well it is completely portable, no wires and/or software to install. Amazing isn’t it.

As far as compatibility is concerned, the device is compatible on 900MHz and 2100MHz bands. This is first of a kind in India which is going to target the small office and home users.
