Lava launched its first Selfie smartphone Lava Iris X5 for Rs. 8,649

Selfie smartphones are getting common!

Lava Iris X5Lava launched its latest selfie focused smartphone Iris X5. The Iris X5 sports 5MP front shooter with LED and wide viewing angle of 84 degree and rear shooter is 8MP with OmniVision BSI sensor, dual LED Flash. The smartphone comes with latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat running out of the box. It supports dual SIM (Normal+micro) with dual standby.

Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG and 2100mAh battery capacity. The smartphone comes with 1.2GHz quad core processor with unknown chipset. It has 5-inch IPS display with 1280×720 pixels. It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD.

The Lava Iris is currently available in Black and White colour later Grey colour will be introduced. The smartphone will be exclusive on Amazon.in for Rs. 8,649, later it may get official launch soon.
