First ever Firefox OS based Smartphone – LG Fireweb!

LG FireWeb_1In this competitive and innovative world of technology, LG brings to the smartphones users a new platform to explore and enjoy the new taste of technology by launching a Firefox OS based smartphone named as LG Fireweb.

Mozilla’s Firefox OS claims the new OS to provide more flexible, quicker and smooth look and feel to the users. It is an ultra-light OS which is basically designed for low-end smartphones.

LG’s Fireweb, the first ever smartphone running on Firefox OS ver. 1.1 has been launched and is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm processor which is coupled with 1GB RAM and 4GB internal memory which is expandable using microSD card slot up to 32GB.

LG Fireweb has a sporty look with a 4-inch display having 480 x 320p screen resolution. It features a 5MP rear camera with autofocus and LED Flash.

It has connectivity options such as Bluetooth, WI-Fi, GPS and 3G. It has got a powerful 1540mAh battery.

The device is available in Brazil market at a price around $200.
