MEE M9B is a new Bluetooth Headphone in the market which is priced at 2999 INR. Despite of a good body design, it needs to give good quality sound, powerful bass and clarity in it to be a promising headphone. Let’s check out if it passes our norms and be a good affordable headset.
Design:
The MEE M9B has a strong and sturdy body with smooth rubbery design. There is a 53cm cable between the two earpiece with a curved cuboidal body in-middle for the battery and buttons setup. Buttons are big enough to use and handle with ease. Additionally, company has provided 4 additional pairs of earbuds for different ages and groups as per their needs.
Specification and Connectivity:
The MEE M9B features a 9mm drivers and has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20KHz. It has a 10m of operating range. The wire between is of 53 cm and the whole body weight approx. 16gms.
The MEE M9B is easily connected to devices via Bluetooth, it works on most of the devices available in the market. There is LED notification at the button part, RED colour shows it is switching off while the BLUE colour is of working. The alternate RED-BLUE colour shows, it is ready to be connected. Apart from these, there is additional sound notification for the specific changes.
Performance and Usage:
In terms of performance, the overall quality of the sound is great. It gives a clear sound and has very minimal distortion, which is a plus point of the headphone. However, the bass production is very less and the headphone also renders out the excessive bass. I used it for several days and listens almost every type of songs, it performs very well except the bass point.
The voice calling facility of the headphone is also very good. I didn’t found any single problem in while any conversation. There was no connectivity or quality issue in it.
Despite of the good quality I find it a bit difficult to use because of its uneven body weight, the battery/button portion is bit heavier than the rest of the body and it sling over on the one side and makes it difficult to be used.
Talking about the battery usage and backup, it gives around 4 hours of music playback with a single full charge. It takes 1 and half hours to full charge.
Verdict:
If you want a good Bluetooth headset to listen good quality music, great voice calling facility and a god durability. It is a good option to buy at a price point of 2999 INR, however the price factor seems a bit unfair.
Pros:
• Good Built Quality
• Descent battery life
• Great Music Quality
Cons:
• Uneven Body Weight
• Missing Bass Factor
