Micromax with budget tablet!
Now Micromax has come up with a Dual SIM tablet which 3G calling facility. This again wasn’t an official launch but the tablet was found listed on e-commerce sites like infibeam and flipkart.
With local brands launching their devices directly on these sites without spending much time, money and energy on promotions, it is quite clear that the value of ‘product’ had become bigger than the amount spend on its advertising.
This again is a tablet for mango people, like us who want functionality more than anything else. The specs for Funbook are definitely better than that of HCL ME CHAMP which was also launched on e-commerce site directly. With the price tag of Rs. 8,820 this tablet definitely fits into the budget range.
Running on 4.1 Jelly bean this tablet has a 7-inch screen and works on 1GHz Dual-core processor. SIM card support can be used for sending sms using messaging app. This tablet is very similar to Galaxy Tab by Samsung.
