Micromax launched Canvas A1 Android One smartphone for Rs. 6,499

Micromax Canvas A1Micromax launches its first Android One smartphone Canvas A1 partnership with Google. It comes with 1.3GHz quad core processor powered by Mali-400 GPU. It has 4.5-inch IPS display with 854×480 pixels. It is a Dual SIM smartphone which has 1700mAH battery capacity.

The Canvas A1 sports 5MP rear shooter with LED Flash and 2MP front shooter. It has 1GB RAM with 4GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It comes with Android 4.4 KitKat running out of the box. Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

The Micromax Canvas A1 is available in White and Black colours for Rs. 6,499 on Amazon.in. Amazon is offering 10% cash back for State Bank Debit and Credits card customers, and Amazon Gift cards which are worth of Rs. 10,000 for 1,610 customers. It will come with six months free data for Airtel customers. The Canvas A1 is similar to Karbonn and Spice smartphones launched in Android One event.
