Motorola Moto G5 and G5 Plus announced with a new design at MWC 2017

Lenovo, the parent company of Motorola has announced the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus today in Barcelona at the MWC 2017. These new phones in Moto’s G series are expected to bring some great power and quality in the budget segment.

The Moto G5 Plus comes with a 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and you can choose from different versions that feature 2/3/4GB RAM and 16/32/64GB internal storage. Of course, you will be able to expand the storage further up to 128GB using microSD card. You will get a 5.2-inch full HD display along with 12MP primary camera and a front-facing camera of 5MP. All this is powered by a 3000mAh battery and the phone also supports turbo-charging for faster charging times. The phone also features a finger print sensor on the front. The phone will start at a price of 279 Euros.

Coming to the Moto G5, you will get a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor and you can choose from 2GB/3GB RAM with 16GB/32GB internal storage. The Moto G5 will support expandable storage with microSD card which is good. In the imaging department, the Moto G5 will provide a 13MP camera with a 5MP front-facing camera. The Moto G5 will start at 199 Euros in retail.

The Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus will come in two colors,  the Lunar Gray and the Fine Gold and they will launch in India next month in March.
