Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 launched in India

Panasonic Toughbook CF 54Panasonic launched Toughbook CF-54 in India. It is the successor of CF-53 laptop launched last year. The laptop comes with 5th Generation Intel CoreTM i5-5300U vPro Processor with a 3MB cache, 2.3 GHz up to 2.9 GHz clock frequency with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, and with 4GB RAM which is expandable up to 16GB.

The Toughbook comes with military grade ruggedness and has 29.8 mm thin and is quite light at 1.99 kg weight. It comes with 2.5 foot drop resistance (shockproof) and also spill proof on keyboard. It comes with 11 hours of battery life. It comes with additional swappable batteries which can be remove or replace without turning off laptop.

The 29.8 mm thin and is quite light at 1.99 kg has optional smart card reader, finger print sensor for security, and contactless smart card reader in addition. It has other options like Serial Port, VGA, PC Card, Rugged USB and 2nd LAN. User can customize laptop according to the need. One of the key features is it supports 3G, and dedicated GPS u-blox. The Price of Toughbook CF-54 starts for INR 1,39,400.
