Philips Hue seems a great advancement under IOT
Philips launched its Philips Hue White Ambiance connected LED home lighting system in India, expanding its Philips Hue range. The new Philips Hue White Ambiance range enables users to select the right light level and color temperature of white, thereby helping to promote health and wellbeing.
The new Philips Hue White Ambiance range will include; Starter Kit with 2 bulbs; a bridge and a dimmer switch; Philips Aphelion LED downlight; and Philips Muscari luminaire collection. With this latest addition, the company has expanded its Philips Hue range that was first launched in India in 2015. Philips Hue allows users to create and control home lighting using their smartphone or tablet and works seamlessly across both iOS and Android mobile platforms. It is also compatible with all major smart home hubs, including Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Amazon Echo.

Key features of the newly introduced collection are:
• The Philips Hue White Ambiance Starter Kit includes two Philips Hue White Ambiance bulbs, a wireless dimmer switch and the Gen 2 Bridge, which can accommodate up to 50 Light points, 7 devices, and 12 accessories. The bulbs offer 50,000 shades and all temperatures of white light. The Dimmer Switch offers added convenience and can control up to 10 Philips Hue luminaires without a bridge.
