Realme X2 Pro and Realme 5s Launched in India: check out key announcements

Realme launched its much-awaited X2 Pro smartphone alongside their Realme 5S budget smartphone in India. The new Realme X2 Pro – dubbed as the “Ultimate” Flagship by the company has some impressive set of features that’ll put their costlier counterparts to shame. Let’s take a look at the features and spec sheet of the smartphones.

Realme X2 Pro

The Realme X2 Pro comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. This display comes with that buttery smooth 90Hz similar to the OnePlus 7 Pro we witnessed earlier. Powering this smartphone is a Snapdragon 855+ chipset, which is touted to deliver flagship-level performance without a hitch. The device packs a total of five cameras with four on the back and one on the front. The sensor setup includes a primary 64MP image sensor, 13MP telephoto lens, 8MP wide-angle, and a 2MP depth sensor on the back. Features also include an In-Display Fingerprint Sensor and Vapour cooling technology. Lastly, the battery comes in the form of a 4000mAh unit that the company claims will charge the device within 33 minutes through its massive 50W Super VOOC fast charging technology.

Realme 5s specs

Alongside the Realme X2 Pro, the company also announced its budget Realme 5s smartphone. The device comes with a 6.51-inch HD display and is powered by a Snapdragon 665 chipset similar to the Redmi Note series. The design is nothing out of the ordinary as it has a subtle looking waterdrop notch on the front and a glossy looking body on the back. In terms of camera, the Realme 5s features a quad-camera setup of 48 MP, 8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP camera on the back during a single 13 MP selfie lens on the front. The battery, too, is a solid 5000mAh unit, which sounds enough to get you through a two-day worth of essential use.
