It’s raining smartphones this September, as companies brace themselves for the festive season in India. Joining the bandwagon is the new mid-range Galaxy M30s smartphone from the Korean giant, Samsung.
The Galaxy M30s comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Infinity – U Super AMOLED display. It’s powered by an Exynos 9611 10nm SoC that is coupled with 6GB of RAM. It runs on Android Pie with Samsung One UI 1.5 on top. The camera setup comes in the shape of a massive 48-MP sensor, 8MP 123° Ultra-wide sensor and a 5Mp depth sensor on the back, while a 16MP single unit sensor is on the front.
The body is entirely made out of plastic with the company’s own dual-tone flare to it. There are slots for dual SIM cards and a MicroSD card. It packs a huge 6000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support via USB Type-C that promises 29 hours of video playback, 49 hours of voice calls and 131 hours of pure music playback.

The Samsung Galaxy M30s comes in three distinct colours called the Opal Black, Sapphire Blue and Pearl White colour. The smartphone is priced at ₹13,999 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and ₹16,999 for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version. Representing the trend of online-only offerings, the A-series will be exclusively available on Amazon.in and Samsung India starting September 29th.
