Vivo just announced a price drop for two of their smartphones by Rs.1000 each. The phones in question are their mid-tier offering named the Vivo Y91 and the Vivo Y91i. The Vivo Y91 witnesses its second price drop this year after a nominal price drop back in February.
Both phones sport a 6.22-inch HD display powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor with 2GB of onboard RAM and a 4,030mAh battery unit. The Vivo Y91 sports a dual rear camera setup of 13MP + 2MP, while the Vivo Y91i comes with only a single rear camera unit of 13 MP with both carrying a single 8MP selfie camera on the front.
The Vivo Y91 also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor that keeps the device a tad secured than the Y91i. Connectivity options remain identical with features such as 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB On-The-Go and GPS. They both run a dated version of Android Oreo with Vivo`s own Fun Touch UI skin on top.
