Yoga Tablet 2 by Lenovo launched with 8-inch and 10-inch display, running on Android

Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 8-inchAmidst the Nexus and Apple hype Lenovo, the leading PC maker, has managed to grab attention of lots users by launching four tablets. Yoga Tablet 2, so the first one is called, has gained hype due to its unique kickstand. The kickstand is great for users who like to enjoy their content on the tablet in more than one way. You can hold, stand, tilt or hang the tablet according to your choice and comfort. With the help of enlarged speakers and enlarged battery, users can enjoy their tablet experience to their limits. The smart processing power is also fabricated into the device which can adapt to whatever feature you use in the tablet.

As far as the specifications of the Yoga tablet 2 are concerned the device comes up with a large 8-inch or 10.1-inch display (depends on which one you buy). The IPS display has an impressive resolution of 1920×1200 pixels which gives crisp display quality and vibrant colors. The tablets are equipped with quad core Intel Atom Processor Z3745 which gives processing speeds of up to 1.86GHz. The amazing processor is coupled up with 2GB of LPDDR3 64 bit RAM. On the storage side the devices have 16GB of in built storage which is expandable till 64GB by the help of micro SD card. The primary snapper is of 8 MPix with f 2.2 wide aperture lens which has auto focus functionality. The front facing HD camera is of 1.6 MPix which is decent enough to snap good selfies. On the connectivity part the device is equipped with voice calling, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, optional 4G LTE CAT 4 and other basic connectivity options as well. The devices have enlarged twin front speakers with Dolby® Audio surround and Wolfson® Master Hi-Fi™ noise reduction. The device is powered by a massive 6400mAH for 8-inch and 9600mAh for 10.1-inch battery. Lenovo claims that the battery is so powerful that it can run up to 18 hours on a single charge and can also be used to charge your other devices. Of course the tablets run on the Android 4.4 KitKat which might be upgraded to the latest Lollipop soon.
