ZTE announces Nubia Z9 Max and Nubia Z9 Mini with 16MP rear camera and Android 5.0 Lollipop

Two variants of Nubia announced!

ZTE nubia Z9 max and Z9 miniZTE announces Nubia Z9 Max and Nubia Z9 Mini both will be coming underhood of Nubia series. The Nubia Z9 Max is company’s first smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It comes with 5.5-inch Full HD display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1920×1080 pixels, whereas Z9 Mini comes with 5-inch Full HD display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor.

Both these smartphone sports 16MP rear shooter LED Flash, Sony IMX234 Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lenses and 8Mp front shooter with Sony IMX179 Exmor R BSI sensor, 80-degree wide viewing angle. Both of them comes with connectivity options 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual Band), GPS, MHL 3.0 and USB OTG. Both supports Dual SIM and comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop and Nubia UI 2.8 on top of it.

The Nubia Max comes with AK4375 (7.1 Surround Sound) and Nubia Z9 Mini comes with PM8916 audio chip and DTS support. Both have aluminum alloy frame.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max will be available for 2499 Chinese Yuan (approx. Rs. 25,116) and goes on sale from April 16th. ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini will be available for 1499 Chinese Yuan (approx. Rs. 15,065) and goes on sale from April 2nd. ZTE didn’t said any word on global roll out.

  • OS: Android 5.0 Lollipop with Nubia UI 2.8
  • SIM: Dual nano

  • OS: Android 5.0 Lollipop with Nubia UI 2.8
