Celkon with an all new Millennium Dazzle Q44 at just INR 6499/-

Celkon going only for budget smartphones!

Domestic smartphone brand Celkon has unveiled a new budget Android smartphone as a part of its Millennium series. The smartphone has potential to grab a good market share in the target markets according to the pocket friendliness and good specs of the Dazzle Q44.

The Millennium Dazzle Q44 is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad core processor which is coupled up with 1GB of RAM which gives very good performance. The device has a display size of 4 inch with IPS OGS technology which can be great for wide viewing angles with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. The primary snapper on the device is of 5 MPix with LED flash which is quite good for capturing images in good lighting conditions. The front facing camera is of 2MPix which supports good video calling capability. The Millennium Dazzle Q44 has 8GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 64GB via microSD card slot. On the connectivity side the device has Dual SIM support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPRS/ EDGE, and 3G. The device runs on the latest Android KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box. Physically the device measures 129 x 64.2 x 9.5 mm and weighs 133.6 grams. All of the hardware is powered by a 1500mAh Li-ion battery. The options for color available to the users are Gold, silver and Grey.

Priced at just INR 6499 the Celkon Millennium Dazzle Q44 can be quite a catch for the regular users who don’t prefer heavy gaming but want a decent performance with regular apps. But the quad core processor can still run some good 3D games comfortably. The prime competition of the device will be Moto E, Asus Zenfone 4, Micromax Unite 2 and other similarly priced smartphones in the India. But being still marginal lower price that others in the competition Celkon can expect to grab a good share in the target market. Celkon has also partnered up with Airtel for giving free data plan for the Millennium product users. The smartphone will be available to users across all e retail websites and stores by mid-August.
