Worldwide leader in smartphones market, India based company Micromax has launched a new smartphone in partnership with telecom service provider MTS at Rs. 10,990 by the name of Micromax Canvas Blaze.
Micromax Canvas Blaze has a 5-inch qHD IPS display with 540×960 pixels resolution. It runs on Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 768MB RAM and 4GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card. It is a GSM+CDMA dual-SIM smartphone.
The device features 8MP camera with autofocus and LED flash and the front is a 0.3MP camera. It supports 3G connectivity along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS etc. It has a Li-Ion 1850mAh battery with talktime of 7 hours and standby time of 250 Hours.
Connectivity options on the phablet include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS/ AGPS and 3G.
The Micromax Canvas Blaze comes with bundled offers from MTS which include 2GB of free data, 1000 free minutes for MTS to MTS local calling, and 120 free minutes for other local and STD calls, all of which are applicable per month for six months.
