Indian Smartphone vendor, Swipe has launched a budget smartphone with dual-SIM (GSM+CDMA) functionality & dual standby and supports EVDO technology for data.
The budget smartphone runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box, and features a 4-inch display with a (WVGA) 480×800 pixel resolution. It has 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 (MSM8625) processor powers the Swipe Sonic, alongside 512MB of RAM.
The Swipe Sonic sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is also a VGA front-facing camera. It supports up to 32GB expandable storage via T-Flash card, though there is no word on inbuilt storage.
Connectivity option includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, and A-GPS connectivity options. It is powered by a 1500mAh battery, the Swipe Sonic measures 122×63.7x12mm and weighs 126 grams.
