Design and Built:
The design of Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headset is attractive and minimal. It has swivel flat earcups and can be easily slipped into a bag. It is very slim and lightweight in sizes, offering adjustable headband and soft earpads for better. However, I found the earpads to be bit itchy if used for a longer period.

The Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headset can be easily connected by NFC or Bluetooth Pairing Mode. Just press the power on button for a bit longer and it directly jumps to the pairing mode.
Performance:
The Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headset offers great audio quality for the entry level Headphone. It has a good amount of clarity and composition. However, the bass seems missing as the sound output is not very high compared to the others. Overall it has a balanced sound output which is good but I expected a bit more bass from the drivers.
It offers easy hands-free calls connectivity with great audio quality. It also offers connectivity to android assistant directly from the headphone play button. There are few buttons on the right side of the headset for play/pause, volume up/skip and volume down/previous for better usability.
The battery life on the Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headset lasts for 15+ hours depending on your usage. It has a built-in Li-ion battery which is charged by micro USB port. It takes about4-5 hours to fully charge the headset.
