Gionee Elife E3Gionee, one of the lesser-known brands in India, is China based cell phone manufacturer Company. Gionee just launched its quad-core Android smartphone, the Elife E3.

Elite E3 runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean, powered by 1.2GHz Cortex A7 quad-core processer with 1GB of RAM. Elife E3 has  4.7 inch HD IPS panel with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Now let’s come to the camera, E3 has 8MP rear camera with an LED flash and 2MP front, in addition to this face Detection, geo-tagging, touch focus, skin Tone Enhancer. Connectivity options include the standard 3G, Wi-Fi b/g/n and Bluetooth. E3 has 16GB internal memory which can be extended up to 32GB via microSDcard. E3 has power backup of just 1800mAh.

The handset is a dual-SIM Android smartphone with support for GSM and WCDMA SIM modules. One SIM slot is a regular mini SIM module, the other SIM slot supports the micro SIM module.

The E3 is well designed from all aspects. The E3 has a very strong and rugged frame. The rear panel is made of a flexible polycarbonate plastic and fits snugly on the frame.
